Another famous drink in Spain in Horchata de Chufa. It originates from Valencia and is
a very common refreshment throughout Spain and other Spanish speaking countries.
The drink can be found in different variations with different recipes depending on which
country you are in.
The Horchata de chufa is a milky drink made of ground almonds, rice, barley, sesame seeds
or tigernuts (chufas in Spanish). The Chufas contain many minerals such as phosphorus and
potassium. In Latin American countries the Horchata is usually made from rice.

If you are into all-you-can eat restaurants, and still want to keep it as healthy as
possible, then Fresc Co is perfect for you. The first Fresc Co restaurant was opened in 1994 and today the company has 40 restaurants in 11 cities of Spain. What they strive for is to offer healthy Mediterranean food which consist of only high quality products. The buffe is divided into three parts, you have a large salad buffe and soups at first, then the hot dishes like pizza, pasta with different sauces and sometimes paella. The last parts is then the desserts where you have ice cream,
coffee, tea, fresh fruit and some kind of cake.
If you do not want to eat at the restaurant, you can take away and choose between only
salad/warm dishes or both. The buffe is always at a fixed price. Drink with refill is also included in the price.
